The service

The Silent Ember provides audio-guided daily meditations through a paid membership. New meditations are added regularly, and your membership gives you access to the library while it is active.

Membership & billing

  • Membership is $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year, beginning with a 14-day free trial.
  • We collect your payment details at sign-up, but you are not charged until your free trial ends.
  • After the trial, your membership renews automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Because The Silent Ember is a digital product delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — the rest of your month or year — and simply does not renew after that. You keep full access until then.

Using the meditations

Your membership is for your own personal, non-commercial use. The meditations and recordings are provided for streaming only — please don't download, copy, share, redistribute, or republish the audio files, in whole or in part.

Our content

All meditations, recordings, text, artwork, and branding on The Silent Ember are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal license to listen; it does not transfer ownership.

A gentle but important note

Our meditations are intended for relaxation, reflection, and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a health concern, please consult a professional. For your safety, never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Please keep your login details secure and don't share your account. Each membership is for one person.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll post it here and update the date above. Continuing to use The Silent Ember means you accept the current terms.
